In the Bible, Mark 10:27 says, “Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With men, it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.” As we head into this upcoming week, I challenge us all to continually keep this top of mind.
Every day can be a constant battle, but we need to remember that there is no reason to worry or fear, as God is in control. We’ll face struggles, tough decisions, heartache (and the list goes on), but with Jesus by our side, we can get through anything.
Life is too hard to try to do things on our own, and we can lean on Jesus for everything that we need. So when things seem overwhelming or impossible this week, get down on your knees to pray and thank God for all of your blessings; then give up everything to the Lord, asking Him to take away your worry. As you see others around you also struggling this week, encourage them to do the same; and spread the peace, love, and compassion that only comes from the Lord, knowing that with God all things are possible.
