CHRISTmas has always been my favorite time of the year, as there is an overwhelming feeling of love, happiness, and excitement that is all around. Even though the devil can try to distract us with busyness and stress, we can keep our eyes on the Lord and remind ourselves that Jesus is the real reason for the CHRISTmas season. It is truly a blessing to know that the greatest gift of all is our Lord and Savior, Jesus.
I can’t imagine what it would be like without Jesus in my life. When I stop to think about Jesus dying on the cross for us, and all that He went through to save us, I’m overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude. I’m so grateful to have Jesus as my Lord and Savior, and to be continually blessed by His love. This year more than ever, I feel that I’ve grown closer to Jesus and have a new perspective of His amazing love for everyone.
As we look forward to the new upcoming year, it is my prayer that we all continually keep our eyes on Jesus and remember that He is the reason that we have been saved from our sins. He is always there whenever we need anything, and there isn’t anything that He can’t overcome. Let’s keep our focus on His unconditional and unending love for us, and share that love with everyone around us.
